HINTS & POLICY

We are EnjoyCentralAmerica, a full-service Travel Agency
located in Costa Rica. Through us, you can make
all the reservations for your vacation to Costa Rica
including international airline tickets, hotels, car rentals,
in-Costa Rica flights, transfers and tours - all in one coordinated location.

We recommend the hotels and service providers
featured on our web site, but we will book any provider
in Costa Rica you might indicate to us.

If you already have a confirmed reservation, and are
ready to make payment, please complete our
Credit Card Authorization Form.

FORM HINTS AND INSTRUCTIONS

• Many of the items on our forms are drop down. Most browsers will allow you to follow a link for further information, then click the BACK button, returning to the form without losing the information you may already have typed into the different fields.
  
  
• We provide information and reservation services
  for many international airlines. Please provide us with your departure airport, flying dates, and the names of your traveling companions (and the ages of children accompanying you).
  
  
• Because of airline schedules and transfer connections, you might plan to spend at least your first and last nights at a hotel near the airport or in San Jose City.

AGENCY POLICY

• Our Cancellation and no-show policy:

  
  No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to reservation date.
  
  A 50% refund based on services purchased will be issued for cancellations made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date.
  
  A full refund based on services purchased minus an administration fee of 10% (minimum $50 per person) of the itinerary will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation date.
  
  For confirmed reservations during Easter week or Christmas/New Year and for all airline tickets, there will be no refunds.
  
  All itinerary and reservation changes will have to be made directly with EnjoyCentralAmerica. Modifications or cancellations made through hotels or other service providers will result in no-shows and no refunds will be issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• EnjoyCentralAmerica recommends the purchase of travel insurance to all our customers.
